Waahtsy is a multi-purpose super app that helps users discover jobs, on-demand services, delivery options, business listings, and related local services. Waahtsy connects users with independent service providers and does not employ those providers.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Service quality, pricing, timing, and fulfillment are primarily the responsibility of the independent provider or seller. Waahtsy facilitates discovery and communication but is not a party to every transaction between users unless expressly stated.

You agree not to misuse the platform, post unlawful or harmful content, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or use Waahtsy for fraudulent or misleading purposes.

The Waahtsy name, logo, and platform content are protected. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or software without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waahtsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from interactions with third-party providers.
