Account Deletion

To delete your account, use one of the following options:

• Email contact@waahtsy.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the phone number registered with your account.
• Call us at +91 8003 19 9003 or +91 8003 16 9003 and ask for account deletion support.
• Message us on WhatsApp at 8003199003.

When deletion is completed, we remove or anonymize account profile data, login credentials, and personal content associated with your account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation once the request has been completed.

Deletion is permanent. Outstanding bookings, wallet balances, or disputes should be resolved before you submit a deletion request.
